You can report problems with an order by emailing us at epicspadeapparel@gmail.com, with 'Order Problem' in the subject line...then give a detailed description of your issue.
Be aware that Epic Spade may require a photo to be submitted with your report, in order to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial report to avoid delays.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we would need to run an investigation, and look into your local post office to try and help locate the lost order, before issuing a replacement.
